Year 9 students have had a smooth transition into Semester 2. Semester 1 was proven to be a period of growth, perseverance and achievement for our students. Across the semester, students have embraced opportunities to challenge themselves academically, contribute positively to our school community and demonstrate resilience in the face of new learning experiences. The Year 10 Awards Celebration was a tremendous success, recognising and celebrating the outstanding achievements of a large number of students throughout Semester 1. It was wonderful to acknowledge the hard work, commitment and resilience our students have demonstrated across their academic studies, attendance, personal growth and contributions to the school community.

Students also had some important opportunities as they began planning for 2027. In Week 4, Year 10 students attended the Subject Expo, where they had the opportunity to explore a range of post-school pathways, training providers, universities and career options. In Week 5, students participated in Course Counselling, where they worked with staff to select their subjects for 2027. Attendance and participation in both of these events play a significant role in helping students make informed decisions about their future pathways.
