Expression of Interest for Enrolment
Elevation Secondary College has been in operation since 2020 and is now accepting Expressions of Interest for Years 7 to 12.
Year 7 enrolments beyond are managed by your child’s primary school. Please speak to the Transition Coordinator or the Principal at your child’s school for more information. Do not complete this form if you are currently in Grade 6 and applying for Year 7.
Elevation Secondary College has limited capacity to enrol from outside its designated school zone. To see if you live within our Designated Neighbourhood boundary, please go to findmyschool.vic.gov.au.

To make an application for enrolment consideration, please complete all of the form below. This form is an expression of interest only and is not an acceptance of enrolment.
To streamline the enrolment consideration process, please ensure to attach the following documents below:
- Child’s Birth Certificate or Passport
- Victorian Driver’s License – front and back noting your current address
- Council rates notice or 12 month rental agreement – postal address must match property address for rates notice
- 1x Utility bill (either from: gas, water, electricity, internet, house insurance or Centrelink letter) – postal address must match property address
- Most recent semester school report
- VISA/ Immicard documents (if applicable)
- IVO/ Safety Plan (if applicable)
