Wrapping Up 2025
As we near the end of the 2025 school year, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the incredible journey our Year 9 students have undertaken. Each and every student has demonstrated remarkable dedication and growth, successfully completing another milestone in their educational journey.
This year has been about learning, exploring, and continuously challenging themselves to grow in every aspect of life. Through hard work and perseverance, our students have built a strong foundation for their future, equipping themselves with the skills and confidence needed to tackle the challenges ahead.
One of the key achievements this term was completing their first round of exams. This experience introduced our students to formal exam conditions, helping them develop confidence and essential skills to support future academic success. We are incredibly proud of the resilience and focus they demonstrated throughout this process.
We would also like to extend our congratulations to all those who received awards throughout 2025. Celebrating achievements with students is always a joyful occasion, but hearing how they uplift and support one another is truly the greatest highlight. This strong sense of community and encouragement is what makes our Year 9 cohort so special.
Throughout the year, students have also enjoyed multiple pizza party celebrations to recognise and reward a variety of achievements. These events have not only celebrated academic and personal successes but have also helped foster a positive and connected year-level culture.
Additionally, our students participated in a valuable production on bullying, delivered by Brainstorm Productions. This informative and engaging session provided them with important knowledge to make safe, respectful, and responsible choices.
Looking ahead, students are soon embarking on their City Experience, which will run across four exciting and enriching days. This program will give them the opportunity to develop independence, teamwork, and real-world skills while exploring key locations across Melbourne.
As we celebrate the successes of 2025, we thank our students, staff, and families for their ongoing support and dedication. We look forward to continuing this journey together in 2026.

Year 10
Exams
Well done to all Year 10 Students that have completed their Year 10 Exams as well as Year 11 Exams. All the hard work, late-night study sessions, and moments of pushing through when things got tough have finally paid off. It’s a big achievement and an effort that you can be proud of. More than that, it shows how much they’ve grown and how ready they are for what comes next. As they head into Year 11, they carry new confidence, better study habits, and a stronger sense of what they can handle. Finishing these exams isn’t just the end of a busy term—it’s the start of an even bigger year ahead.
Year 11/12 Orientation
As we look forward, students are taking their first steps into Senior school. Students have completed Year 12 Orientation for accelerated subjects in the end of November as well as all students completing Year 11 Orientation in the first week of December. This enables students to prepare themselves for what is to come in 2026.
Lockers
As we finish the year, students will need to ensure that all items in their lockers are taken home and locks are given back to Mentor Group Teachers for them to return again in 2026.
End of 2026
Year 10 students will finish Year 11 Orientation on the 5th of December. This will be their last day for 2025.
Graduation and Year 7-12 Academic Awards evening celebrates students’ success in each subject area. This event is ticketed and further information will be sent to families that are involved in the night.
Year 10 Team
The Year 10 Team want to say thank you to all students and families for the year that has been. Students have worked hard this year in preparing for the next steps in their academic journey. It has been a great year working with you all and we all look forward to seeing you take your next steps into your pathways.
