Wrapping up 2024
As we near the end of the 2024 school year, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the incredible journey our Year 9 students have undertaken. Each and every student has demonstrated remarkable dedication and growth, successfully completing another milestone in their educational journey.
This year has been about learning, exploring, and continuously challenging themselves to grow in every aspect of life. Through hard work and perseverance, our students have built a strong foundation for their future, equipping themselves with the skills and confidence needed to tackle the challenges ahead.
One of the key achievements this term was completing their first round of exams. This experience exposed our students to formal exam conditions, helping them build confidence and develop skills to better prepare for future academic challenges. We are incredibly proud of the resilience and focus they demonstrated throughout this process.
We would also like to extend our congratulations to all those who received awards at our recent Awards Ceremony. Celebrating achievements with students is always an exciting occasion, but hearing how they encourage and celebrate one another is truly the greatest highlight of all. This sense of community and mutual support is what makes our Year 9 cohort so special.
Additionally, our students participated in a valuable Party Safe presentation run by Victoria Police. This informative session provided them with important knowledge to make safe and responsible choices.
Currently, the students are thoroughly enjoying their four-day City Experience. This immersive program has offered them the chance to explore the vibrant culture of the city, develop independence, and create lasting memories. Watching them embrace every moment has been truly inspiring.
As we celebrate the successes of 2024, we thank our students, staff, and families for their support and dedication. We look forward to continuing this journey together in 2025.

Year 10
Well done to all Year 10 Students that have completed their exams during exam week. It was great to see and hear the students studying so hard and aim high to do their best on exams. Students went from Exams into the Year 11 Orientation classes. Teachers have already provided feedback on the students who have demonstrated an understanding of the amount and level of work required to be successful in 2025 and to have so many students demonstrate this during Orientation is very pleasing.
All 2025 Year 11 students have homework to complete to give them the best possible preparation for the beginning of their senior years.
The 2024 Year 10 team have enjoyed working with and watching all our students grow both personally and academically this year and we look forward to seeing your achievements as your schooling continues. Congratulations and goodbye to many students that have left this year to start their chosen career paths, we wish you all the best in your endeavours.
