Junior School | Engagement & Wellbeing

Year 7

As we step into the first month of autumn, we welcome the cooler weather and remind students of our uniform expectations. The black jacket can be worn at any time, while the jumper is only permitted with academic uniform. Students may wear extra layers underneath their uniform for warmth; however, these must not be visible. Long-sleeve tops should not be worn under short-sleeve tops or dresses and leggings are not part of our uniform, instead, students may wear stockings.

This month we took the time to celebrate both International Women’s Day and Harmony Day, embracing the importance of inclusivity, respect, and unity within our school community.

Another highlight of the month was the Student Learning Conferences, where many students engaged in thoughtful self-reflection and worked with their teachers to set meaningful goals for improvement. This was a fantastic opportunity for personal growth and academic development.

Year 7 students completed NAPLAN, and we are incredibly proud of how seriously they approached it. Their dedication and effort were commendable!

Year 8

As we approach the school holidays, we encourage students to maintain healthy sleep routines, enjoy a well deserved break, and come back refreshed for the new term.

Enjoy your holidays, and we look forward to seeing you next term!
