Junior School

Dear Junior School Families,

Our students have been working hard this term, showing great commitment to their learning and living out our school values every day. Here are some of the highlights from Term 3:

Year 7 – Mugs of Merit

Each Tuesday, our Year 7 students have celebrated Mugs of Merit. This special recognition acknowledges students who consistently uphold our school values. It has been wonderful to see so many young people recognised for their effort, character, and commitment. Next term, our Year 7 students will look forward to Scoops for Success. This initiative will celebrate students who have shown the most growth in their “Aim High, Work Hard, Be Good” data. We can’t wait to see who will be recognised!

RUOK? Day – Week 8

In Week 8, we held a range of activities to mark RUOK? Day. Staff and students came together to share breakfast, express gratitude, and take part in a lively scavenger hunt. The day was a powerful reminder of the importance of checking in with one another and supporting our wellbeing as a community.

Staff vs. Students Sports

Throughout the term, the Staff vs Students sports events have brought plenty of energy and fun to our school. These games have built strong connections across our community, while also showcasing the competitive spirit of both staff and students!

A Friendly Reminder – Warmer Weather

As the weather warms up, we remind students that water balloons and water guns are not permitted at school. These items can cause safety issues and disrupt learning. Please help us by ensuring these stay at home.

Looking Ahead

As we approach the end of term, we continue to expect high standards from all students, both in their learning and in the way they uphold our school values. Over the holiday break, we encourage everyone to rest well, spend time with family, and return prepared for Term 4, equipped and ready to learn.

Thank you for your ongoing support throughout Term 3. We are proud of the achievements of our students and look forward to an exciting and productive Term 4.
